Job Purpose
To learn and support maintenance activities by assisting in
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of PVC extrusion equipment
and utilities, ensuring safe operations and uninterrupted production .
Key
Responsibilities
·
Assist in
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
·
Support
maintenance of PVC extrusion machines, auxiliary equipment, and utilities.
·
Carry out
machine inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
·
Assist in
installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new equipment.
·
Record
maintenance activities and machine history.
·
Follow
maintenance SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
·
Support PM,
Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
·
Coordinate
with senior engineers during troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Compliance
& Governance
·
Ensure
adherence to company policies and procedures.
·
Maintain
compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
·
Support
internal and external audits.
Educational
Qualification
Essential:
·
Diploma /B.E./B.Tech
– Mechanical / Electrical
Preferred:
·
Certification in Industrial Safety or PLC Basics
Experience
·
0–2 Years.
·
Minimum 5
years in a leadership role handling maintenance, utilities, projects, and
engineering teams.
Preferred
Experience:
·
Industry: Manufacturing
/ PVC Pipe / Plastic Extrusion
