Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites.
Conduct user research and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Develop high-fidelity UI designs and maintain design systems.
Focus on UX, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
Design conversion-focused website experiences.
Collaborate with developers for accurate design handoff and implementation.
Use Figma and Generative AI tools for design and ideation.
Review designs and improve the overall user experience and engagement.
Experience with interactive design, motion design, and animations to create engaging and dynamic website experiences.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX & Website Design.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or diploma in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, interaction design, and design systems.
Understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, technology, AI, and enterprise websites.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
Strong visual design, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
