Role Description The Product Analyst internship is a remote role focused on supporting data-driven decisions for Digistall’s e-commerce products and services. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will collect, clean, and analyze product and user data to uncover trends, opportunities, and pain points. The role includes assisting in drafting product requirements, supporting feature prioritization, and preparing reports and dashboards for product and business stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product features, improve user experience for rural audiences, and validate hypotheses through data and qualitative feedback. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in product analytics and management within a mission-driven organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience or interest in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis capabilities to understand user needs and translate them into product insights.
Candidates should possess foundational Product Management skills, including requirement gathering and feature prioritization.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic statistical methods is beneficial.
Interest in e-commerce, rural development, or technology for social impact is preferred.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in business, engineering, data science, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and learn new tools quickly.
