Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
📄 Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
💡 Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
📊 Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires.
✨ Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
📚 Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field (0-1 year experience).
🗣️ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with solid proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
🚀 A deep passion for edtech and startups (familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!).
