Capital Now is a digital lending platform focused on making credit simple, fast, and accessible for salaried professionals. We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer who can strengthen our digital presence, improve discoverability, and drive customer acquisition across multiple digital channels
Role Objective
Drive Capital Now's digital growth by owning SEO, ASO, digital marketing initiatives, online reputation, and supporting performance marketing through data-driven optimization. This role requires someone who understands both organic and paid growth, while working closely with the Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & ASO
Own Capital Now's SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, backlink strategy, and overall website health.
Drive improvements in Domain Rating (DR), URL Rating (UR), keyword rankings, organic traffic, Core Web Vitals, and search visibility.
Own App Store Optimization (ASO) across Android and iOS, focusing on keyword rankings, app store conversion rates, organic install growth, metadata optimization, and ratings & reviews.
Work closely with the SEO & ASO team to prioritize initiatives, monitor performance, and continuously improve website and app discoverability.
Prioritize high-intent transactional keywords, product pages, and city-specific landing pages to drive qualified organic traffic.
Paid Acquition:
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns through funnel analysis, audience insights, and campaign performance reviews.
Analyze acquisition funnels, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
Drive continuous test-and-learn experiments across creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and share regular insights to improve marketing efficiency and conversion outcomes.
Brand, Content & DIgital Presence
Support the Brand team in identifying social media trends, content opportunities, and platform-specific best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Leverage search trends, keyword insights, and audience behavior to contribute to content ideation and improve organic reach.
Ensure website and landing page content is optimized for both search intent and conversion.
Coordinate with external creative and digital agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and business goals.

Ideal Profile
4-6 years in Growth/Digital Marketing with hands-on SEO, ASO, and paid ads ownership
Comfortable owning a CAC/ROAS number and being measured against it
Hands-on experience managing SEO, ASO, and digital marketing initiatives.
Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
Experience in fintech, consumer internet, startups, or mobile app businesses is preferred.
