Role Description The Store Manager - Hyderabad at KALKI will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a premium customer experience and adherence to brand standards. This full-time, on-site role is located in Bengaluru and involves managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and providing guidance on customer service and product presentation. The Store Manager will drive store sales, monitor inventory levels, coordinate visual merchandising, and implement retail loss prevention measures. The role also includes handling customer concerns, training and mentoring the team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with management on promotional activities and store performance targets.
