Business Development Associate – US Staffing
Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our US Healthcare Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in Business Development, International Sales, Client Acquisition, and US Staffing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential healthcare organizations in the US, initiating business conversations, developing client relationships, and generating new staffing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential US healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, medical groups, and staffing organizations.
Conduct outbound business development activities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, Operations Managers, and other decision-makers.
Introduce the company's US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment services.
Understand client staffing requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain and regularly update the prospect/client database.
Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to build long-term relationships.
Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to understand staffing capabilities and client requirements.
Assist in developing proposals, client presentations, service agreements, and other business development documents.
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
Stay updated on the US healthcare staffing market, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements
0–6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, International Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and professionals.
Willingness to work in a US Night Shift.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, email communication, and internet research.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups confidently.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
