Job Summary
MEDSCoders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze technical job requirements received from clients.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and recruitment trackers.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Learn and understand US staffing concepts, including W2, C2C, 1099, visa categories, US time zones, and technical terminology.
Work toward daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic understanding of computers, IT terminology, and MS Office.
Strong interest in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
Good learning ability and a positive attitude.
Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
Candidates with B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. IT/Computer Science backgrounds.
