About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Junior Technical Recruiters. The selected candidate will work on US IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, social media, and other job portals.
Use Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Review and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening with candidates.
Understand candidates' skills, experience, location, availability, and salary expectations.
Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work closely with Senior Recruiters and Recruitment Managers.
Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Basic Understanding of IT Roles

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any computer, IT discipline.
Freshers are welcome.
0–6 months of experience in recruitment/sourcing is acceptable.
Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are preferred.
Shift Timing
US Night Shift: Approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
