Role Description
The Technical Recruiter (Consultancy) at CAREERBLOC is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across client organizations. Day-to-day activities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments for roles such as software engineers, data specialists, and other technical professionals. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment process. This role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, using various platforms and tools for talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. The Technical Recruiter will contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold CAREERBLOC’s standards of professionalism and delivery.
Qualifications :
Strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills.
Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting, with experience filling a range of IT and technology-related roles.
Proven ability in Hiring decisions, including evaluating candidate fit and collaborating with client stakeholders.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates and clients.
Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment, managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Familiarity with technical stacks and industry trends to engage effectively with technical talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
