Role Description The Assistant Manager Recruitment will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support Royaloak’s growing workforce. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through portals, social media, and networking. The role includes screening applications, conducting initial interviews, scheduling and supporting further interview rounds, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for retail, corporate, and operations roles. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will also help improve recruitment processes, track hiring metrics, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end hiring coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, including partnering with business leaders, understanding role requirements, and aligning hiring plans with organizational goals.
Candidates should possess skills in HR operations related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases, updating trackers, and supporting onboarding processes.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams, and to represent the company professionally.
Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements to hiring strategies.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in recruitment, ideally in retail, furniture, or consumer-focused industries.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and social media recruiting tools, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, will be beneficial.
