Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and well-maintained. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, monitoring inventory levels, implementing promotions, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and stock. The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with Royaloak’s brand standards. The manager will track store KPIs, implement loss prevention measures, coordinate with regional management, and support training and development of store team members.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle escalations professionally.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, merchandising, inventory oversight, and basic reporting.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with an understanding of store security, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, retail management, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in retail store leadership, furniture or lifestyle products, and familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours are advantageous.
