Experience: Relevant experience in textile/fashion manufacturing, merchandising, supply chain, or production management
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Supply Chain & Production Manager – Merchandise to manage the complete merchandise production lifecycle—from vendor coordination and production planning to client communication, shipping, and final delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end merchandise production lifecycle.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors across the globe to ensure timely production and delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, production schedules, quality, timelines, and follow-ups.
Handle client communication, including production updates, shipping coordination, risks, and delivery timelines.
Identify production and supply-chain risks and proactively manage solutions.
Coordinate international shipments and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Attend regular client/vendor update calls and provide clear progress reports.
Prepare and maintain production, vendor, shipping, and status reports.
Ensure all production activities remain aligned with client requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Coordinate effectively across clients, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
🔹 What We're Looking For
Strong experience in textile, fashion, apparel, merchandise, or manufacturing operations.
Excellent vendor and production management skills.
Experience coordinating with international manufacturers and suppliers.
Strong understanding of shipping, production planning, and supply-chain processes.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
Comfortable working with teams and manufacturers across different countries and time zones.
Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple production activities simultaneously.
