About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day Mutual Fund Operations, transaction processing, client servicing, reconciliation, team management and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end mutual fund transactions including Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP & SWP.
Handle client queries, documentation and transaction-related issues.
Manage AMC/RTA reconciliation, AUM and commission-related processes.
Lead the Operations team, allocate work and ensure TAT & SLA adherence.
Ensure KYC, audit, compliance and operational controls are followed.
Identify process gaps and drive automation, CRM and digital process improvements.
Coordinate effectively with AMCs, RTAs, clients and internal teams.
Must-Have Skills
4–5 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund/Financial Services Operations.
Strong practical knowledge of mutual fund transactions and operational workflows.
Good understanding of NSE-related processes and transaction platforms.
Experience in reconciliation, AUM, commission and AMC-related operations.
Proven experience in leading an Operations team.
Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Flexible to work beyond standard working hours, including non-working days, as and when business requirements arise.
