Archies Limited, India's iconic gifting & lifestyle brand, is strengthening its e-commerce and quick commerce operations. If you have hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts, reconciliations, and backend operations across leading online platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
🕐 Immediate Joining | Full-Time | On-Site
What you'll own:
→ Marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & more)
→ Quick commerce reconciliation (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket & more)
→ Invoice processing & payment reconciliation
→ Quick commerce backend operations
→ GST/TDS compliance & accounting support
→ Vendor settlements, claims management & credit/debit notes
→ Returns & inventory reconciliation
→ MIS reporting and performance tracking
→ Coordination with finance, operations & logistics teams
→ Order management and process optimization
Who we're looking for:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace operations
✔ Strong knowledge of marketplace accounting & reconciliations
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ Sound understanding of GST and financial reconciliations
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
