Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Intelex Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications and workflows within the Intelex platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Intelex configuration, development, integrations, and troubleshooting, along with a strong understanding of business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and customize Intelex applications based on business requirements.
* Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
* Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain integrations between Intelex and other enterprise applications.
* Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of Intelex solutions.
* Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
* Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of the Intelex platform.
* Collaborate with functional teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
* Follow development standards, security practices, and change-management procedures.
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with the Intelex platform.
* Strong understanding of Intelex configuration and customization.
* Experience with workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
* Knowledge of SQL/database concepts.
* Experience with REST APIs/web services and system integrations.
* Understanding of JavaScript or other relevant scripting technologies.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have
* Experience integrating Intelex with ERP, HRMS, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
* Knowledge of cloud-based applications and APIs.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Experience working on EHSQ (Environment, Health & Safety, Quality) applications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
