Inclusive Facilitator

Kove is looking for Inclusive Educators to join our preschool team and support young children with diverse learning and developmental needs in an inclusive early-years environment.
The role involves working closely with preschool teachers and the multidisciplinary team to help children with mild Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, developmental delays, and other developmental needs participate meaningfully in everyday preschool experiences. The educator will support children across classroom routines, group activities, play, communication, social interaction, learning, transitions, and self-help skills, while encouraging independence and age-appropriate participation.
The role also involves observing children's needs and progress, implementing individualized strategies, maintaining relevant documentation, and collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency in the child's support.
What we are looking for
1+ year of relevant experience working with children in a preschool, inclusive classroom, therapy centre, early intervention, or special education setting.
Candidates with M.A./M.Sc. or B.A./B.Sc. in Psychology, Master of Social Work (MSW), B.Ed. Special Education, Diploma in Special Education, or relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or child development.
A good understanding of early childhood development and inclusive education.
Ability to build positive relationships with children and support them with patience, consistency, and sensitivity.
Strong observation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents.
Willingness to learn, adapt strategies, and contribute to a collaborative preschool environment.
