Associate Design Lead - Managed Office space

We are looking for an Associate Team Lead – Spatial Design with strong design sensibility and experience in workplace space planning, concept development, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead spatial planning and workplace layouts based on client requirements.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and design proposals.
Handle client presentations, discussions, and feedback.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers.
Review layouts and ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with 3D, Design Delivery, and Execution teams.
Support the Design Lead in design pitches and project development.
Required Skills
Strong space planning and design sense.
Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of workplace design, furniture planning, circulation, and space utilization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
Software:
AutoCAD – Mandatory
SketchUp – Mandatory
Any rendering software such as Enscape / V-Ray / D5 / Lumion – Required
Revit – Added advantage
