We are looking for a MEP Designer responsible for developing and releasing accurate MEP technical drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with strong focus on Revit-based design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and release MEP drawings using Revit.
Prepare HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting and Alarm, and ELV layouts.
Coordinate MEP models and drawings with Architecture, Interior and Project teams.
Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
Prepare/review MEP BOQs, specifications and technical documentation.
Manage drawing revisions and timely release of design deliverables.
Ensure designs comply with applicable NBC, fire safety and technical standards.
Provide technical clarifications to execution teams when required.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4–8 years of MEP Design experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and technical drawing development.
Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems.
Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces.
Good understanding of MEP coordination, BIM and technical documentation.
