3D Visualizer (Managed Office Space)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with an architectural background and 2–4 years of experience in interior design, 3D visualization, and Revit modelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing commercial interiors while ensuring design accuracy, functionality, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.
● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
● Develop detailed Revit models (Good to have), drawings, and documentation.
● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.
● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.
● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules.
● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
● Maintain project documentation and design records.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:
● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related Architecture/Interior Design discipline.
Experience:
● 2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, 3D Visualization, and Revit. Technical Skills
● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD.
● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.
● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.
Soft Skills:
● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
● Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
