Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for JAVA | C | DS Technical Trainers involved in semester training. The role includes planning and delivering structured technical training sessions on Java, C, and Data Structures to students as per academic calendars and institutional requirements. Responsibilities involve preparing training materials, practical exercises, and assessments, as well as providing clear explanations of concepts, coding practices, and problem-solving techniques. The trainer will monitor learner progress, offer constructive feedback, and support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, labs, and projects. The role also includes collaborating with academic and training teams to continuously improve curriculum content, teaching methods, and training outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong technical training capabilities, including experience as Technical Trainers with a focus on Technical Training and Training & Development.
Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs, with clear and professional Communication skills in classroom and lab settings.
Proficiency in Java, C programming, and Data Structures, with hands-on coding and debugging experience.
Prior experience delivering semester-based or academic training in higher education or vocational institutes is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong presentation skills, classroom management, and the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Commitment to continuous learning, curriculum enhancement, and alignment with industry standards and best practices.
