Role Description The Part Time Trainer Applied AI for Business Leaders role is a remote, contract position focused on delivering practical, business-oriented AI training to professionals and executives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering interactive training sessions and workshops, creating and refining training materials, case studies, and examples tailored to business leaders, and explaining AI concepts in accessible, non-technical language. The trainer will collaborate with SNVA Group’s education and technology teams to align curriculum with industry trends, collect feedback from participants, and adjust content to improve learning outcomes. Additional activities may include one-on-one coaching sessions, hosting virtual webinars, and contributing to thought leadership content on applied AI in business.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Training and Teaching, with experience facilitating learning for adult professionals or business leaders.
Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing structured learning paths and practical AI use-case content.
Coaching abilities to support individual learners in applying AI concepts to their specific business contexts.
Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to present training offerings, understand client needs, and build long-term relationships.
Solid understanding of applied AI and data-driven decision-making in business, including common tools, frameworks, and use cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, concise, and inclusive language.
Experience delivering remote or online training using virtual meeting platforms and learning management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or industry certifications in AI or analytics are a plus.
Proven ability to work independently on a contract basis, manage schedules, and meet agreed timelines.
