Role Description The Freelance Trainer – Applied AI for Business Leaders is a remote, contract role focused on designing and delivering practical training programs that help executives and managers understand how to leverage AI for business value. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating course outlines and learning materials, developing case studies and examples relevant to various industries, and conducting live virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars for business leaders. The trainer will translate complex AI concepts into accessible, business-focused insights, covering topics such as AI strategy, use case identification, risk and ethics considerations, and change management. Additional tasks include assessing participant needs, gathering feedback to refine content, collaborating with internal teams to align curricula with SNVA’s offerings, and staying current with applied AI trends to keep training materials up to date.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in applied AI and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to connect AI concepts to practical business outcomes.
Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or executive education programs for business leaders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement in remote settings.
Ability to develop structured curricula, learning objectives, and supporting materials (slides, exercises, case studies).
Comfort working independently in a contract, remote capacity, managing schedules and multiple client engagements.
Understanding of AI-related ethical, regulatory, and organizational change considerations in business environments.
Background in business, management, data science, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in AI, analytics, or digital transformation are a plus.
Prior experience working with global or cross-cultural teams and audiences is beneficial.
