Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in designing luxury villas and premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and site execution while delivering high-end interiors that align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interior concepts for luxury villas and premium residential projects.
Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture plans, and detailed drawings.
Create 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation boards.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design quality.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design standards.
Required Skills
Experience in villa and luxury residential interior design is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, lighting, and material selection.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
Experience working on premium villas, holiday homes, or luxury residential projects.
