Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with 3–8 years of experience in designing and executing luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating premium residential interiors, preparing detailed design drawings, coordinating with site teams, and delivering projects from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute luxury villa interior projects from concept to completion.
Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Develop BOQs, material specifications, and furniture layouts.
Select premium materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
Resolve site-related design issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in luxury villa or high-end residential interior design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Excellent knowledge of space planning, detailing, and material selection.
Strong client communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple villa projects simultaneously.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
