Role Description The Interior Designer role at Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, create layout plans, and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project requirements and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects and construction teams, preparing drawings and presentations, and visiting project sites to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, presenting design options, and incorporating feedback into final solutions. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, demonstrating strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
Understanding of building design principles and collaboration with structural teams, supported by knowledge of Architecture.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution on site.
Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to achieve cohesive design solutions.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Working knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively .
