Interior Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with strong knowledge of residential and villa projects. The candidate should be capable of handling interior design activities from concept development to site execution and coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for villas and residential projects.
Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and elevations.
Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and quantity requirements.
Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, colours, and accessories.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.
Monitor the quality and progress of interior works at site.
Resolve design and execution-related issues during construction.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material selection, quotations, and execution.
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design requirements are maintained.
Make design modifications based on client requirements and site conditions.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, material selections, and revisions.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of villa and residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Photoshop or relevant design software.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, false ceiling, flooring, and joinery.
Strong knowledge of working drawings and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple design and site activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites in Goa.
