Role Description The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru North. In this role, the associate supports business growth by identifying prospective learners and partners, assisting with lead generation activities, and conducting basic market research to understand customer needs and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations about Teknowgrade’s programs, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems. The associate collaborates with senior team members to develop outreach strategies, participates in events or webinars to promote offerings, and communicates clearly with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive experience for new learners and partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating or delivering Presentations to diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess foundational Lead Generation skills, including prospect identification and follow-up on inquiries.
Candidates should possess basic Market Research skills to gather and interpret data about customer needs and industry trends.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (graduate or final-year student) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Interest in education technology, upskilling, and career development solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office tools, online communication platforms, and basic CRM usage is preferred.
