Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Development Specialist role for freshers, based in Bengaluru North, with a starting salary of 20,000. In this role, the specialist will assist in identifying prospective learners and partners, support lead generation activities, and follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, and emails. The position involves conducting basic market research, gathering feedback on programs, and helping to prepare presentations or reports for internal use. The specialist will interact with potential customers to explain offerings, address queries, and provide a smooth onboarding experience, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely responses.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and partners.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort with using online platforms and CRM systems.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
