Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of CNH’s healthcare services to client organizations and their employees. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring service performance, managing escalations, and supporting implementation of operational processes and standards. The Operations Executive will assist in data tracking and reporting, help optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve employee healthcare experiences. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to operational SLAs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily service delivery and process execution.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should ideally have experience in healthcare operations, corporate services, or related fields.
Candidates should have proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with technology platforms.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
