Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns that promote CNH Care’s employer-led healthcare services. Daily responsibilities include assisting with market research, collecting and analyzing data on customer segments, competitors, and industry trends, and helping prepare marketing materials and presentations. The intern will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support lead generation activities, participate in events or outreach programs, and contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and documentation, maintaining marketing databases, and providing administrative support to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaign planning and performance analysis.
Candidates should possess basic Sales and marketing collaboration skills to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and campaign support.
Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools, along with basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
