Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media and Marketing Associate role based in Bengaluru. The associate will manage CNH’s social media channels, including planning, creating, and scheduling content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to queries, coordinating with internal teams for content inputs, and tracking performance metrics across platforms. The role involves supporting digital and offline marketing campaigns, assisting in market research, and collaborating with sales and product teams to develop marketing collateral. The associate will also help manage projects and timelines, ensure consistent brand messaging, and contribute ideas to enhance CNH’s visibility and engagement in the healthcare and HR ecosystems.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social media, marketing copy, and stakeholder collaboration.
Ability to conduct market research to understand audience behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Basic understanding of sales processes and ability to support alignment between marketing initiatives and business development goals.
Foundational marketing skills, including campaign support, brand positioning, and digital engagement across social platforms.
Project management abilities to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with social media management tools and basic analytics (e.g., engagement metrics, reach, conversions) is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience or internships in social media or marketing are beneficial.
