Role Description
The Technical Lead will take overall ownership of the technical team and end-to-end technical delivery across our products, websites, and technology projects. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing developers, assigning and reviewing work, making technical decisions, overseeing development, and ensuring successful delivery from scratch to deployment and maintenance.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can work across different technologies, manage development timelines, review code, resolve technical issues, oversee deployments, and coordinate with product, business, and operations teams.
Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership.
Strong ability to manage and guide an entire technical/development team.
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications from scratch.
Strong understanding of frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
Experience with deployment, servers, cloud/hosting, Git, CI/CD, and production environments.
Ability to work across different technologies and frameworks based on project requirements.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and development timelines.
Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, FinTech, websites, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
