Job Title: Assistant Manager - Plumbing

Job Purpose
Drive market development,
channel expansion, primary and secondary sales growth, and strengthen the
plumbing business through effective distributor, dealer and influencer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Map untapped markets and
identify growth opportunities.

Sight and project visit
·
Monitor competitor pricing
and market activities.
·
Manage primary sales with
distributors and ensure stock availability.
·
Drive secondary sales through
retailers and plumbers.
·
Ensure timely collections and
credit management.
·
Conduct plumber meets and
technical awareness programs.
·
Develop territory coverage
through beat planning.
·
Appoint and onboard new
dealers and sub-dealers.
·
Build strong channel
relationships and conduct dealer training.
Educational Qualification
Essential: Graduate in any
discipline
