Solar Sales Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION – ENERGY ADVISOR
Company: Bridgeway Power Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Badarpur Border / Faridabad
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month + Incentives (Depends on Skills)
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Meet customers and understand their electricity requirements, budget, and solar needs.
Recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.
Explain system capacity, pricing, savings, ROI, and EMI/financing options.
Conduct basic site visits and coordinate for rooftop solar assessments.
Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.
Follow up with leads and prospects to achieve sales closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update customer details, leads, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in sales.
Experience in solar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good lead-generation and sales-closing abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
