Role Description The Operations and Delivery Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position oversees end-to-end project delivery for solar installations, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves managing field and technical teams, collaborating with sales and design teams, and monitoring daily operations across multiple sites. The Operations and Delivery Lead will track performance metrics, resolve delivery challenges, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also includes continuous process improvement, vendor coordination, and regular reporting to leadership on operational status and project outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong project management and operations leadership skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.
Experience in solar energy, power, or related infrastructure domains, with understanding of installation workflows and safety standards.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, build effective stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools to track timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and prepare clear reports.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in fast-paced, field-based operations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in South Delhi and travel to project locations as needed.
