Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Supply Chain Manager at Infinite NXT. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply management processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data to forecast demand, optimizing inventory levels, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely availability of required resources and materials. The role involves monitoring key supply chain metrics, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and product to support business goals. The Supply Chain Manager will also help implement best practices and tools to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability across the supply chain.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast requirements and interpret data for decision-making.
Candidates should possess Supply Management and Procurement skills to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable sourcing.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively across remote and cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency with supply chain software or ERP tools, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or fast-paced digital environments is beneficial.
