Role Description The Logistic Manager role at Infinite NXT is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations that support the company’s services and internal processes. The Logistic Manager will manage inventory flows, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure efficient distribution of resources across teams and locations. This role involves monitoring logistics performance, optimizing processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet operational targets. The Logistic Manager will also address logistics-related issues, support vendor and partner coordination, and ensure that service levels and timelines are consistently met.
Qualifications
Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end operational flows and optimize efficiency.
Proficiency in Inventory Management to track stock levels, manage allocation, and maintain accurate documentation.
Experience in Procurement to source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and service providers effectively.
Customer Service skills to handle internal and external stakeholder inquiries and support high-quality service delivery.
Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in technology, fintech, or services-based environments.
Ability to analyze data, use logistics or ERP tools, and make decisions based on performance metrics.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote setup.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
