Role Description The Project Manager at Infinite NXT will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across the organization. This full-time remote role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that project milestones and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also align resources, facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and continuously improve project workflows and processes. Collaboration with product, operations, and technology teams is essential to support successful launches and enhancements of the investment platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks and effective follow-up with internal and external partners.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Relevant experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven projects is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
