Role Description The Engineering Manager at Infinite NXT will lead and mentor a remote software engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery of features and systems that power the investment platform. This full-time role involves overseeing software development lifecycles, coordinating project plans, managing integrations with financial services and third-party platforms, and collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams. The Engineering Manager will set technical direction, establish best practices, review code and architecture, and remove obstacles to keep projects on track. The role also includes performance management, hiring and onboarding, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of the platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience, with hands-on expertise in modern programming languages, architectures, and best practices.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, coordination of cross-functional work, and delivery against timelines.
Candidates should possess Integration experience, particularly in connecting financial systems, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services.
Relevant qualifications include experience in fintech or financial services, familiarity with scalable cloud architectures, and a strong focus on security and compliance.
Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, and a track record of driving technical excellence and process improvement.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
