Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EDIO_INDIA is a full-time, on-site role based in Karur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving organizational efficiency. The COO will manage operational processes across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for quality, cost, and turnaround time. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The position also involves mentoring managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and supporting scalable growth in the repair-tech hardware market.
Qualifications
Strong business planning and strategic management skills, with experience in setting and executing long-term organizational roadmaps.
Proven expertise in operations management, including process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and performance measurement.
Robust analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and evaluating operational and market trends.
Solid understanding of finance and budgeting, including cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Prior leadership experience in hardware, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to lead and develop teams, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and build collaborative work environments.
Experience with scaling operations in a growth-stage company, including implementing systems and frameworks for expansion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
