Role Description
Customer payment follow-ups and coordination
l Preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices to customers
l Customer coordination for order status and documentation
l Vendor coordination for purchase and office requirements
l Arranging service technicians as needed
l Following up on quotations and enquiries
l Dispatch coordination, documentation, and status updates till payment
l Daily sales coordination and support to the sales team
l Handling India MART enquiries and maintaining data sheets
l Collecting new leads from the website (company details), sending introduction mails, following up, and
sharing information with the sales team
l Maintaining and updating data sheets for new customers, existing customers, and the sales team's daily
site visits
l Generating sales through phone follow-ups and converting walk-in enquiries at the office
l Promoting and managing enquiries through online marketing platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia,
Facebook, and other digital channels
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support.
Hindi, English, Kannada and Tamil
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to manage the sales cycle, achieve targets, and maintain a structured pipeline.
Experience in Training and product demonstrations to educate customers and partners on equipment features, benefits, and safe use.
Background in sales or marketing for industrial, construction, or equipment products is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with basic CRM tools, online communication platforms, and standard office software.
Well versed in online marketing tools such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Facebook, and other digital
platforms
Willingness and ability to adapt to and use new AI tools as they become available
Salary: ₹25,000 -35,000per month, based on experience and skills
