Role Description The Managing Director for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing business operations related to Canada immigration services, including strategic planning, service delivery, client relationship management, and team leadership. The Managing Director will develop and implement growth strategies for Canada-focused offerings, ensure compliance with relevant immigration guidelines, and maintain high standards of client service and ethical practice. Day-to-day tasks include supervising consultants, monitoring performance metrics, reviewing complex cases, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and representing the company in key client meetings and industry events. The role also involves setting operational policies, managing budgets and targets, and driving continuous improvement in processes and service quality.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and operational management capabilities in a service-oriented organization.
In-depth understanding of Canada immigration pathways, visa categories, and regulatory requirements, or willingness to acquire expertise quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on trust-building and ethical consulting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including experience with performance metrics and process optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration or consulting are an advantage.
Experience in immigration consulting, international education, legal services, or related domains is highly desirable.
