About the Role
We are looking for an SEO intern with a basic understanding of SEO and content writing who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. The intern will assist the team in creating SEO-focused content and improving website search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing pages, and digital content.
Conduct basic keyword research and understand search intent.
Assist with on-page SEO, including keywords, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
Support basic off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and outreach.
Assist with basic technical SEO activities, including indexing, broken-link checks, sitemap/robots.txt checks, and page-speed optimisation.
Optimise existing website content for better search visibility.
Conduct competitor and SERP research.
Track and report basic SEO and content performance.
Requirements
Fresher with basic knowledge of SEO and content writing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of Google search, keywords, and search intent.
Strong willingness to learn and experiment.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools will be an added advantage.
