Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on supporting clients through their residential and commercial property journeys. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable properties, conducting site visits, and presenting options that match client needs and budgets. The role involves managing inquiries, providing expert guidance on market trends, and assisting with negotiations and documentation to ensure smooth transactions. The Property Specialist will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and actively participate in sales activities and property listings. This position also requires maintaining accurate records of leads, deals, and follow-ups while upholding Brickfolio’s standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to advise on property options and market trends.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure, to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Relevant experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Proficiency with basic office software and real estate listing tools; familiarity with local Bengaluru real estate markets is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience.
