WE’RE HIRING | IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

Reporting To: Manager – IT Infrastructure
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join our IT team and support network, hardware, security, and cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot managed switches, VLANs, and basic L2/L3 networking.
Handle network cabling, RJ45 crimping, tracing, mapping, and patch panels.
Support enterprise firewalls such as Cisco, FortiGate, or Sophos.
Manage basic AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and S3.
Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Support office intercom and internal telephony systems.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and maintain IT documentation and inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or infrastructure.
* Strong practical knowledge of networking and hardware.
* Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* CCNA, CompTIA, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.
