Role Description This is a full-time Real Estates Team Leader role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bengaluru South with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estates Team Leader will oversee a team of real estate professionals, providing direction on client acquisition, property sourcing, and deal closure across residential and commercial portfolios. The role involves leading brokerage activities, managing key client relationships, advising on investment opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout transactions. The team leader will monitor performance metrics, conduct regular training and mentoring, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business development, marketing, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending client meetings, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and driving revenue and service quality targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, present proposals clearly, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with hands-on experience in property transactions, market analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation across residential and commercial segments.
Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills, including experience in supervising teams, setting goals, coaching individuals, and creating an accountable, high-performance culture.
Candidates should possess knowledge of local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and ethical business practices in the Indian real estate market.
Candidates should possess strong sales and business development abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in real estate or related industries.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on pipeline, conversions, and team performance.
Relevant experience: Several years of progressive real estate experience, including prior leadership or team lead responsibilities; experience in Bengaluru and surrounding markets is an advantage.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; professional real estate certifications are a plus.
