Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with travel itinerary planning, booking support, and coordination of leisure, corporate, and group travel arrangements. Daily tasks may include researching destinations, preparing travel proposals, updating databases, and supporting customer service activities. The intern will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth trip execution, maintain accurate records, and help promote sustainable travel practices. The role offers hands-on exposure to the travel industry and opportunities to learn about operations, client communication, and travel management tools.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge or strong interest in travel planning, tourism, or hospitality services.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfort with using computers, internet research, and office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support accurate bookings and travel documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Relevant coursework or education in travel, tourism, business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
Enthusiasm for learning, a customer-focused mindset, and interest in sustainable tourism practices.
