Role Description The Visa Officer at Onholidays is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing for clients traveling to various destinations. Day-to-day tasks include advising travelers on visa requirements, collecting and verifying documentation, completing and submitting visa applications, and tracking application status. The role involves coordinating with consulates, embassies, and internal travel consultants, addressing immigration-related queries, and resolving issues promptly and accurately. The Visa Officer will maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, provide clear communication to clients, and deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and compliant visa experience.
