Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage compliance with labor laws, and support organizational change initiatives. Daily tasks include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, resolving employee concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The role also involves driving employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring consistent application of HR procedures across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience in HR policy development, compliance with employment laws, and handling disciplinary and grievance processes.
Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS), documentation, and data management, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with employees and leadership at all levels.
Proven ability to design and support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, preferably in a similar organizational setting.
